Our Projects

October 2025, let's empower three Primary Schools from Port of Spain, Trinidad

Target Schools:

Eastern Girls Government Primary School

Eastern Boys Government Primary School

Mucurapo Boys Government Primary School

Greatness Lives in East Port of Spain

This year, A Time To Give Back To Africa Inc. is turning its attention to the heart of East Port of Spain — a community often overlooked, but never lacking in potential.

We’re equipping three primary schools — Eastern Girls’ Government, Eastern Boys’ Government, and Mucurapo Boys’ Government — with the tools to unlock the greatness already inside their students:

  • 40 Chromebooks & Adequate WiFi

  • 50 Soccer cleats, shin guards, and uniforms

  • 30 soccer balls

  • 3 Smart TVs (40")

  • 600 books

  • 50 reusable water bottles

We believe that the area a child comes from should never limit how far they can go. In neighborhoods facing poverty and crime, opportunity can be the game-changer.

When we invest in East Port of Spain, we invest in future doctors, engineers, athletes, and innovators.

Join us in rewriting the story. Help us prove what we already know — greatness lives here.

Dear supporters and friends,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you on behalf of A Time to Give Back to Africa Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to empowering underserved communities through education, sports, agriculture, and music. We are spearheading an initiative to make a tangible difference in the lives of children attending an elementary school in one of Trinidad’s most impoverished areas.

Our campaign, "Sponsor a Black Star from Laventille," is geared towards providing essential educational infrastructure and opportunities for the children in this community. With your support, we aim to establish a state-of-the-art computer room and launch a soccer team within the school premises. These initiatives are crucial in offering these children an alternative to the prevalent challenges of drugs and gang life that unfortunately plague their surroundings. The lack of educational resources in this area has left these children with limited prospects and little hope for a better future. However, we firmly believe that by investing in their education and providing them with the necessary tools and opportunities, we can instill a newfound sense of hope and purpose within them. By partnering with you or and your esteemed organization, we envision a transformative impact that goes beyond mere material provisions – we seek to change mindsets and inspire these students to pursue their education ardently.

Your generous contribution to our cause would not only enable us to realize our vision of a brighter future for these children but also reaffirm your commitment to corporate social responsibility. Together, we can make a profound difference in the lives of those who need it the most. For further information about our organization and how you can contribute to this noble cause, please visit our website at http://atimetogivebacktoafrica.com

Thank you for considering our request. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to collaborate with you in making a positive impact in our community.

Warm regards,Leroy Griffith jr
