Child Protection & Media Consent Policy

At A Time To Give Back To Africa Inc., the safety, dignity, and privacy of the youth we serve in Trinidad & Tobago, Nigeria, and Ghana are our highest priorities. Because we believe in absolute transparency, we document our donation deliveries to show our donors the real-world impact of their contributions. To protect the children featured in our media, we strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

• Explicit Consent: We obtain consent from local school administrators, community leaders, and parents/guardians before photographing or recording any student during our equipment distributions.

• Dignity in Representation: We only capture media that portrays students in a respectful, positive, and empowering light.

• Privacy Protection: We do not publish the full names, personal contact details, or identifying home locations of any minors featured in our campaign materials.

• Right of Refusal: Any student or guardian has the absolute right to opt out of media recording at our donation sites without affecting their receipt of Chromebooks or sports gear.
